The Sustainable City Yas Island is a newly launched residential project by one of the leading development companies in the UAE capital; Aldar Properties, along with Diamond Developers. The fully sustainable and unique community will span across a territory of over 4,273,000 sq. ft in the area of Yas North.

The exclusive neighbourhood will include condominiums with 1–3 bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms. The total number of units in Phase 1 will constitute 512.
