Gardenia Bay

Gardenia Bay is a new residential community located on Yas Island, where other projects from the leading developer in Abu Dhabi; Aldar Properties, are presented. Among them are Yas Acres and The Sustainable City Yas Island.

The buildings in the community will meet the modern standards of sustainable development of Abu Dhabi and will receive a Pearl 3 rating in the Pearl Rating System.
