Gardenia Bay is a new residential community located on Yas Island, where other projects from the leading developer in Abu Dhabi; Aldar Properties, are presented. Among them are Yas Acres and The Sustainable City Yas Island.
The buildings in the community will meet the modern standards of sustainable development of Abu Dhabi and will receive a Pearl 3 rating in the Pearl Rating System. The community of Gardenia Bay will be located on Yas Island, next to the canal and Yas Park. Within just a few minutes you can drive to the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street highway, which runs throughout the island and connects it with other areas of the emirate. Al Raha Beach is 10 minutes’ away by car, Saadiyat Island is 20 minutes’ away, and the central part of Abu Dhabi is 25 minutes’ away. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within a 10-minute drive from the project.
