About the Area
Saadiyat Grove is a luxurious neighbourhood by one of the leading development companies in the UAE; Aldar Properties. At the moment the residential area is under construction, and has an anticipated date of handover in Q4 2023.
Upon completion, the total area of the residential community will constitute more than 645,000 sq. ft. According to the master plan and the developer’s vision, the Saadiyat Grove project will be a multi-purpose complex with residential and commercial real estate, as well as retail shops and restaurants.
The launch of the complex took place back in November 2019, and the construction work was divided into 2 phases. The first stage is scheduled for handover at the end of 2022 and includes 606 residences and 200 retail premises. Real estate within the first stage of construction of Saadiyat Grove will be presented by studios, 1-4 bedroom apartments, 4-6 bedroom villas and 4-bedroom townhouses.
The second stage of construction within the Saadiyat Grove community includes several 3 and 4-star hotels, 3,706 properties, of which 170 are branded, as well as 140,000 sq. ft of office and retail space.
