As of Q3 2021, there is one development under construction – Al Raha Lofts by Reportage Properties, which is the first project of the master developer in Al Raha Beach. The development consists of two phases: Al Raha Lofts One and Al Raha Lofts Two, which are two modern six-storey residential buildings. The buildings offer an extensive array of 1-4 bedroom apartments, 1-2 bedroom townhouses as well as 2-4 bedroom duplexes with outstanding canal views. Residents of Al Raha Lofts will be able to benefit from a range of amenities such as swimming pools, landscaped gardens, a sports court and a children’s playground.
