As of Q3 2021, there is one development under construction – Al Raha Lofts by Reportage Properties, which is the first project of the master developer in Al Raha Beach. The development consists of two phases: Al Raha Lofts One and Al Raha Lofts Two, which are two modern six-storey residential buildings. Currently, the price is AED 1,161 (USD 316) per sq.ft. and the starting annual rental cost of a one-bedroom apartment of 1,000 sq.ft. is AED 50,000 (USD 14,000).
