The joint venture is a fully sustainable and unique residential community, which will span across a territory of over 4,273,000 sq. ft in Yas North.

The development will comprise condominiums with 1–3 bedroom apartments, townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as 32,300 sq. ft of retail space. The initial price for a 1-bedroom apartment in the condominiums will constitute AED 892K (USD 243K). The starting cost of a 3-bedroom townhouse in The Sustainable City is AED 3.24M (USD 883K).

The project will be developed to align with the net-zero goals of the UAE and all units will be powered by renewable energy to achieve net-zero. The agreement enables the development company to bring a tested model of sustainable living within a complex, which is the first fully operational sustainable community in the Middle East, to one of the most popular communities of Abu Dhabi — Yas Island. The intelligent, live-work-and-thrive destination brings forward the 2050 global climate targets. The expected date of the handover of Phase 1 is October 31, 2025.
