Reeman Living – new launch in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties, which is one of the biggest developers in the UAE capital, has launched a new residential development called Reeman Living. The project is located within the Al Reeman master community in the Alshamhka neighbourhood and will have a well-developed infrastructure with retail and F&B offerings. The construction of Reeman Living is set to start in Q3 2023 with the estimated date of handover expected to be in January 2026.

The development company has introduced a first-of-its-kind design concept for people to connect to the world, without compromise. The total number of units in the first phase will constitute 630, and properties will be presented by studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms. Each property comes with a choice of two themes for interior finishes.

Reeman Living by Aldar will be distinguished by its sustainability features, including green building technologies, high-efficiency water, and energy fixtures and fittings. The residential community is also being designed to achieve a two-pearl Estidama Rating. The starting price for a residence in Reeman Living at Q1 2023 constitutes AED 365,000 (USD 99,000).

Residents of the newly launched project will enjoy a host of premium amenities and facilities, presented by multipurpose rooms, a children’s playground, a school, mosques and community centres. Sport lovers will also appreciate bike lanes, running trails and various fitness facilities within the community.
