Bloom Living – new launch in Abu Dhabi

A new residential project called Bloom Living was launched by Bloom Holing, who is one of leading development companies of premium real estate in the emirate. The villa complex is located in the Shakhbout area, opposite the Masdar area and Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Properties in the residential development comprises 162 attached villas with two and three bedrooms, as well as 95 stand alone villas with three, four, five and six bedrooms. The layout of stand alone villas include a family room and additional external rooms for a maid and a driver.

The price of homes in the Bloom Living development ranges from AED 1.4M (USD 381K) to AED 6.3M (USD 1.7M) and the real estate in the project is freehold. At the moment the residential complex is under construction and the estimated date of handover is the end of 2024.

Owners of attached and stand alone villas in the Bloom Living complex will benefit from 2% ADM Fees waiver as well as free service and maintenance fees for one year.
