Soho Square

Soho Square is a multifunctional residential complex located in the center of Saadiyat Island. The project was developed by the leading developer, Bloom Properties. The construction was completed in December 2019.

The Soho Square complex consists of two buildings 11 stories high, which are connected by a catwalk with commercial space. A total of 304 units of various configurations were built. There are exclusive studios, apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, penthouses and townhouses.

The apartments have finishes made with modern eco materials, spacious bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, built-in closets, closets, laundry, storage, large balcony, a “Smart House” system, and new plumbing and lighting systems.

The size of apartments starts from 77.7 sq. m (836.4 sq. ft). Prices start from AED 1,200,000 (USD 326,704).

The basic rate of return on investment in apartments is up to 7.5% per annum.

To rent a one-bedroom apartment costs from AED 57,000 (USD 15,518) per year.

Property rent tax is 5% – AED 2,850 (USD 776). Maintenance of the complex starts from AED 5,000 (USD 1,361).

Therefore a net income of AED 49,150 (USD 13,381) is possible.
