Yas Park Gate – new launch in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties, who is one of the major developers in Abu Dhabi, has just released Yas Park Gate in the popular area of Yas Island. The long-awaited community will be constructed right next door to Yas Park, which is set to become a first of its kind family and recreational activity park in the emirate.

Yas Park Gate is the second phase of North Yas, and offers a total of 508 homes for purchase, namely 2-3 bedroom townhouses and 4-bedroom villas, with a starting price of AED 1.739M (USD 475.5K). That being said, the properties will feature Mediterranean-inspired architecture, with a choice of 2 interior colour variations. Property owners will appreciate a private garden, an office and a staff room, among other amenities, while villas will come with a private swimming pool for the utmost convenience and comfort of prospective occupants.

Shared amenities in Yas Park Gate will be designed for paddle tennis, basketball, football, tennis, cricket, beach volleyball, a bounce park and skatepark, all of which aim to bolster a healthy lifestyle in Abu Dhabi. At the same time, the upcoming Yas Park will offer an abundance of leisure options, thanks to an interactive water fountain, a shallow lagoon, a tranquil forest, an adventure playground, as well as a central events lawn.

Among the recent launches by Aldar Properties are Yas Golf Collection, offering a range of studios, apartments and duplexes, and Yas Acres – North Bay which houses an array of commercial land plots. It is worth mentioning that both of the new projects are also located on Yas Island, which is one of Abu Dhabi’s top real estate destinations at the moment, having generated the highest value of transactions in H1 2021 – AED 1.8B (USD 490M). These figures were revealed by the emirate’s Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).
