Vista 3 — new launch on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

The Reportage Properties development company has launched a new residential complex on Al Reem Island called Vista 3. The super high-rise building has 6 podium levels and 39 residential floors, and the tower is located right on the waterfront, which provides picturesque views of the island’s horizon.

Properties in Vista 3 are presented by 622 unfurnished 1–5 bedroom apartments and 3–4 bedroom penthouses. Living areas of units vary from 495 sq. ft to 3,019 sq. ft, and every property is equipped with double-glazed windows and balconies or terraces.

As of Q3 2023, the Vista 3 project is under development, with the estimated date of handover expected to be in Q4 2027. The initial price for a residence in the complex by Reportage Properties constitutes AED 915K (USD 249K).

Vista 3 provides its residents with a resort-like living experience, with turquoise swimming pools and open landscaped spaces to enjoy. BBQ areas are suited for spending time with the whole family and sport lovers will appreciate the modern gym within the complex.
