Record real estate sales by Q Properties in Reem Hills Phase Two

Q Properties is one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after developers and a subsidiary of Q Holding. The developer has announced that the apartments in Phase Two of the Reem Hills project sold out within six hours of the launch.

The brand new community is located on Al Reem Island and is going to be the only gated community in the area. Phase Two features two buildings and the current launch includes 300 residential units, including 1–3-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses.

Buyers of the residences were able to benefit from a favorable deal that offered free service fees for two years. Moreover, Reem Hills is currently the largest development in the real estate market of Abu Dhabi, which boasts a convenient location and an attractive off-plan price.

Q Properties notes that buyers were impressed with the following highlights: open and illuminated spaces, extensive balconies, en-suite bedrooms, walk-in closets, additional rooms for staff and separate laundry rooms. Residences offer a choice of kitchen layouts that are either closed, open or combined with the dining rooms.

Reem Hills promotes a healthy lifestyle by offering outdoor fitness areas, swimming pools, walkways, and jogging and cycling tracks within the community. Recreational and outdoor amenities include parks with picnic and barbecue areas and landscaped zones. Multilevel gardens will also be created within the complex to connect the clusters to each other.

Phase One of Reem Hills also sold out in a record time, and the developer was also optimistic about the Phase Two sales as well.

The CEO of the company, Ben Hudson, stated that the launches demonstrate the demand for real estate in spacious and well-designed residences located in a quiet, green neighbourhood with a convenient urban environment.
