Nobu Residences — a brand new project on Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

Developer H&H Development has announced the upcoming residential complex of Nobu Residences, which will be situated on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

Located adjacent to the future first casino in the UAE, and a sandy beach stretching over 7.8 kilometres, the incredibly exciting complex will offer unfurnished apartments with 2–3 bedrooms. Residences in this highly stylised project range from 1,500 sq. ft to 2,500 sq. ft, and the design of Nobu Residences has been created in collaboration with the globally renowned Nobu Hotels and Chef Nobu himself.

The complex boasts excellent amenities, such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, grand arrival lobby, children’s playgrounds and play areas. Future residents will have access to premium-class facilities from Nobu Hotels, including a signature high-end restaurant, a wellness centre with spa services, and a ‘Nobu by the beach’ club.

The key advantage of Nobu Residences is its location on the upcoming and highly-anticipated Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, which will become a new global tourist attraction. In 2027, the region is expected to host the UAE’s first casino-hotel, in the form of the Wynn Resorts, that originates from Las Vegas.

Prices for residences in Nobu Al Marjan start from AED 3,600,000 (USD 980K), and the completion of the project is scheduled for Q4 of 2026.
