Nikki Beach Residences — a brand new complex on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

The leading developer of Abu Dhabi, Aldar Properties, has announced a brand new residential complex that will sit right in front of the Arabian Gulf shoreline, called Nikki Beach Residences. The project will be situated on the hotly-anticipated Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, between the five-star hotels of DoubleTree by Hilton and Rixos Bab Al Bahr.

The development comprises three residential buildings, offering 1–4 bedroom apartments and a limited collection of Sky Terraces and Sky Villas with five bedrooms, located right on the rooftop of the complex. Some residences come fully furnished and will be ready-to-move-in as soon as the development is completed. Residents will have exclusive access to resort amenities, a la carte services, and offerings for both adults and children at the famous Café Nikki.

Nikki Beach Residences will emerge on Al Marjan Island, which is considered to be the next exciting and up-coming attraction for tourists and investors in Ras Al Khaimah. By 2027, the island will feature the first casino-hotel in the UAE, drawing guests from all over the world to this beautiful emirate.
