New residential project The Dahlias was launched in Abu Dhabi

The Dahlias development is the final addition to the Yas Acres neighbourhood with a total number of 120 homes for sale, from the Aldar Properties developer. At the moment the project is under construction and the estimated date of handover is September of 2024. Community amenities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, children playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, community gardens, a school, mosque, cycle track, golf course, BBQ and picnic areas.

The ground floor in 2-bedroom townhouses comprises parking, powder room, laundry room, a kitchen, living room and patio. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study room and 2 balconies on the first floor.

The 3 and 4-bedroom duplexes have parking, a garden, lobby, maid’s room with en-suite bathroom, laundry powder room, foyer, kitchen, living room, dining area, store and study room all on the ground floor, and several bedrooms and bathrooms, a family room and balcony on the first floor.
