Manarat Living II – a new residential project in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties has announced the second phase of the innovative project of Manarat Living, called Manarat Living II. The leading developer in Abu Dhabi will construct a premium residential complex in the heart of the Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, surrounded by galleries, museums and top restaurants.

Manarat Living II offers 232 residences, including studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 732 sq. ft to 1,433 sq. ft. Some 2-3 bedroom apartments will also feature an additional room for domestic help with a separate bathroom. The interior finishes of the residences are available in either a light or darker colour palette, which will perfectly compliment the gorgeous views of the coastline or the architectural landscape of the island, which can be seen from the panoramic windows and the balconies.
