Aldar Properties presents the residential community of Gardenia Bay on Yas Island. The project will include 6–7 storey buildings named Orchid, Ivy, Iris and Rose which will include the first 210 residential units out of more than 2,400 residences in total.
During this first phase, studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms are offered, with living areas between 473 sq. ft and 1,938 sq. ft. The sales launch is scheduled for September 8, 2023. The initial price of a studio is AED 805K (USD 219K), and buyers will be able to benefit from a 50/50 payment plan with a down payment of 5%.
