Alkaser – new launch in Abu Dhabi

Residential buildings in the complex will meet the two pearl rating according to the Estidama Pearl Rating system, while the entire community will demonstrate a higher level of compliance with three pearls. The master plan of the new neighbourhood will include parks, open spaces, and a 56,188 sq. ft mosque.

The vibrant project of Alkaser is located at the north entrance of Yas Island, by the canal and next to Yas Gate Park. Residents of the future apartment complex will have easy access to Yas Mall, Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World.
