According to the commercial director, Rashed Al Omaira, The Source is the first development of its kind in the UAE.

As a result of owners and international investors who have already chosen the capital as an attractive place to invest in, and who have an interest in well-being, a strong demand for property in this development is expected.

The construction of the new complex will use sustainable design principles that minimize water consumption during all stages of design and operation, as well as reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released into the environment.
