Plaza is a new residential complex covering an area of 110,000 sq. ft, consisting of a ground floor, six residential levels, and a rooftop. The developer of the project is Reportage Properties, which is known for projects such as Al Raha Lofts 1 & 2, Al Maryah Vista 1 & 2 and Perla Prime in Abu Dhabi. According to the developer’s plan, the handover of the Plaza project is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.

The starting price for properties in Plaza is AED 1,500,000 (USD 408,000).
