Grand Hyatt

Grand Hyatt is a five-star hotel located in Abu Dhabi. The project was announced in 2006 and was commissioned in 2016. The building has a height of 837 ft. and consists of 52 floors. It has a unique architectural style that attracts the attention of tourists and investors. There is a rectangular podium with five levels, which was designed to look like a cone. The façade takes the shape of a spiral wrapped around a cylinder, which is enhanced by the lines of the balconies with glass railings.

The hotel occupies a landscaped area of 108,000 sq. ft. The grounds feature rows of palm trees, fountains, and artificial ponds. The lower ten floors of the building include 60 serviced apartments. One-bedroom residences have a size of 1,065 sq. ft., and two-bedroom residences have a size of 1,603 sq. ft. The eleventh floor and above are reserved for hotel rooms. Grand Hyatt also features a Presidential Suite and Royal Suites, which have private entrances. The top floor is home to a penthouse with access to a helipad.

The complex is equipped with common areas and recreation facilities, including a gym, spa, and solarium. There is a rooftop swimming pool and terrace that overlooks the Arabian Gulf. Tenants have access to 12 restaurants and cafes that are located 20 metres above the ground. Large windows offer panoramic views of the coastline. There is a catwalk with retail outlets. The hotel is suitable for leisure and business purposes. It is equipped with a business centre, conference rooms, and banquet halls. The basement floor offers parking for 753 vehicles.

Grand Hyatt was evaluated by investors at various stages of construction. Serviced apartments are considered to be a profitable investment. Units include one- to two-bedroom apartments that are fully furnished. Residents have full access to a wide range of hotel services. As a result, properties are in demand among tenants. Units can be purchased to subsequently rent out, which can generate a steady income.
