Landmark Tower is a waterfront mixed-use residential complex located near Corniche Street, Abu Dhabi Beach, and Abu Dhabi City Corniche Park. The 72-storey skyscraper has a height of 1,063 ft. (324 m) and is the third tallest building in the capital. The project was developed by Buro Happold Engineering. It was completed in 2013 and consists of 140 residential units.
The building has 35 floors of commercial space and five underground levels reserved for parking. Residential properties include one- to four-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom penthouses. Units range in size from 1,100 sq. ft. (102 sq. m) to 7,850 sq. ft. (729 sq. m).
