Al Gurm Resort

Al Gurm Resort is a luxury residential complex with a beach resort located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The project was developed by Aldar Properties, and construction was completed in 2011.

The modern complex offers an abundance of amenities in accordance with international standards. The eco-friendly community is focused on the preservation of its rich natural resources. Villas are surrounded by lush green spaces, mangroves, and flying herons. The community consists of low-rise properties, which ensures that its wildlife, trees, and flora are preserved.

Properties were designed using a Southeast Asian architectural style. Villas feature boat docks, private waterfronts, swimming pools, outdoor decks, and staff accommodations for up to four people. Units also come with Smart Home technology and two kitchens: a traditional in-unit kitchen and an outdoor kitchen for catered events.

Al Gurm Resort has a total of 73 villas, and units include three- to six-bedroom floor plans. In addition to luxury villas, there are 163 suites at the five-star resort. Residences come with separate garages for up to three vehicles.

Three-bedroom villas, with an area of 557 sq. m (6,000 sq. ft.), have a minimum price of AED 18,000,000 (USD 4,901,000). Properties are available to buy and rent.

Al Gurm Resort offers a large selection of properties. The annual rental rate for a three-bedroom villa starts at AED 650,000 (177,000).
