AlJurf is a premium residential project by IMKAN Properties, on the Sahel Al Emarat coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It is located on 1.6 km of beautiful coastline and occupies an area of 380 hectares, in a nature reserve called Ghantoot. It is worth noting that IMKAN is the second developer after Aldar Properties PJSC to develop such a vast area in Abu Dhabi. Community residents can reach Abu Dhabi and Dubai in about an hour (toll roads) via Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road and Abu Dhabi Saih-As Sidir. The Sheikh Zayed Road provides access to Palm Jebel Ali, Mina Jebel Ali and Dubai Investment Park. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Al Maktoum International Airport and EXPO 2020 pavilions are both a 40-minute drive from AlJurf.

It is also worth noting that AlJurf is focused more on the couples market or as a holiday home. In addition, since the community is located in a natural park outside of the two emirates, owners and tenants will need to have a car, since the transport infrastructure has not yet been created here, so this is the only viable option.
All properties in the community are currently under construction.
