Etihad Towers is a mixed-use complex that consists of five skyscrapers. It is located on Corniche Road on the coastal side of the capital. The project was designed by Sheikh Suroor Projects Department, and DBI Design served as the architectural consultant.
Etihad Towers 2, 4, and 5 have a total of 885 apartments. The complex also includes the 74-storey Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers with 382 rooms and 199 hotel apartments, and Tower 3 consists of various commercial properties.
Etihad Towers 2, 4, and 5 offer residential units, including one- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Properties range in size from 718 sq. ft. (67 sq. m) to 4,665 sq. ft. (433 sq. m). Panoramic windows offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the city.
Completed in 2011, the buildings are located next to one another and feature a contemporary all-glass design. Three of the skyscrapers have a common podium with conference rooms and event spaces.
