Sama Yas is an exclusive project within walking distance of the picturesque Yas Park, which spans 1,100,000 sq. ft. Leading Abu Dhabi developer, Aldar Properties, will construct three 9-storey buildings with stylish facades and glass balconies. Project completion is scheduled for Q3 2027.
