Nobu Hotel & Luxury Residences Coming to the Emirati Capital

Nobu-branded residences will appear in the cultural hub of Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island, as the hospitality firm has signed a partnership with the leading developer of the Emirati capital – Aldar Properties. Nobu Group is known for Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro restaurants and a chain of hotels located around the world including Santorini, Warsaw, London and other iconic locations.

The partnership between Nobu and Aldar Properties leads to the launch of a new luxury hotel, branded residences, as well as exclusive dining experiences. The 5-star hotel is planned to be opened in 2026 and will include 165 guest rooms and suites, as well as a premium Nobu Villa, located on the top of the building.

Its guests will be offered access to the Mamsha Beach, four F&B options, including a Nobu restaurant; the first of its kind in the Emirati capital, swimming pools, wellness facilities, a fitness center, as well as conference rooms and much more.

Nobu Residences in Abu Dhabi will become the first in the Middle East and the second one in the world. The residences will be located alongside the hotel and from its designated gardens, residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Among the amenities available to those living in the residences will be swimming pools, a gymnasium with state-of-the art fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as a lounge which will be ideal for events.

Mamsha Al Saadiyat is located in the center of Saadiyat Island, on the shore of the Arabian Gulf, and is considered to be an exclusive beachfront community offering luxury apartments, townhouses and penthouses, as well as restaurants and cafes with exclusive cuisines.

Saadiyat Island is one of the most popular destinations in Abu Dhabi. It’s home to Louvre Abu Dhabi and upcoming museums including Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum. In 2022 several residential projects were launched on the island, including Saadiyat Lagoons, Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences and Grove Museum Views.
