Metropolitan Group – one of the best companies to work for

On February 15, Dubai hosted the Best Workplaces in the UAE event, which is held annually by the well-known consulting firm, Great Place To Work. This company compiles a list of the best employers in over 60 countries around the world. The rating notes the achievements of 100 companies operating in the Emirates. The 2024 award ceremony and celebrations took place at the luxurious Palazzo Versace Dubai in the Al Jaddaf area.

The employers’ rating was compiled on the basis of innovative research methods, a survey of employees and an assessment of personnel policies. Any company in the UAE with more than 10 employees could be nominated for the Best Workplaces in the UAE award. After considering all the applications and undergoing a thorough inspection, 100 companies were nominated for the prestigious award, which was then divided into three categories – 35 in the large-size category, 35 in medium and 30 in small.

In the ranking of large companies, Metropolitan Group, made up of several companies in the real estate field with many years of experience and many prestigious international awards, came in third place. First and second place were given to the giant companies, McDonald’s UAE and DHL Express, respectively. In the medium-size category, Century Financial came in first, and in the small category, Mood Rooftop Lounge was ranked number one.
