There are a large number of villas and houses under construction, which makes them an excellent investment option. Yas Island is a popular island known for its luxury environment. Masdar City is a modern eco-friendly area built to the highest standards. This is a government project aimed at preserving the unique local ecosystem. Investors value this area for its eco-friendly and economical lifestyle. Here you can buy studios, apartments or villas. A studio costs an average of USD 135.856.
Al Ghadeer is a promising growing area on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi. It is profitable to buy real estate for investment here – ROI in this area is in third place in the country with an indicator of 8%. Many promising projects here are still under construction, but some have already been completed, such as Al Waha and Al Khaleej Village. Interesting ecological projects are also planned here – some plots are specially designed to be leased for growing organic vegetables, which will then be sold on the local market.
