About the project

Saadiyat Beach Villas is a residential community located on the northwest coast of Saadiyat Island. The project was developed by Aldar Properties. The construction was completed in 2011.

The Saadiyat property complex is a collection of exclusive villas with 3-6 bedrooms. A total of 620 housing units of different configurations and styles have been built. There are modern, Mediterranean and Arabic style houses available.

The floor plans include spacious bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, dining area, laundry room and maid’s quarters. The proximity to the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Expressway will provide quick access to other areas of the city. There are bus stops within walking distance. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached in 35 minutes by car.
